Reflections: Artificial Intelligence For A Resilient Economy In Tunis

Reflecting on the opening day of the Artificial Intelligence for a Resilient Economy conference in Tunis, I am grateful for the engaging and productive discussions that unfolded.

My plenary talk explored the role of government policies in harnessing AI to promote equitable economic growth. It was encouraging to witness a unified approach to policy-making among the diverse assembly of policymakers, industry experts, and academics.

I appreciate the efforts of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Tunisia and the British Embassy Tunisia for organising such a pertinent event. I am very pleased that I can participate in these significant conversations that shape our global understanding and implementation of AI technologies.

Looking forward to another day of insightful discussions tomorrow.
